After identifying your personal talent pattern, you’ll be able to use your personal leadership profile to discover how your innate talents influence your leadership style and approach to others. And it well help you identify and understand the talents and style of your people enhancing communications and understanding. This comprehensive and sophisticated report is produced using the the world’s leading online talent assessment methodology, and provides detailed insights into how your style impacts and interacts with those of the people you lead, your peers and colleagues, and also your own sense of personal leadership. The coaching is necessarily oriented around you; your goals and ambitions, and how you can facilitate and speed their achievement through the appropriate focus of your talents. We also work with you on the development of your personal leadership vision, and how that translates into an action plan for your people. Initially a 3 month process, leadership coaching also introduces you to 7 other factors that will impact on your leadership style and it’s impact on others. It can be extended on a month by month basis at your discretion. |
