Well, the simple truth is that there isn't really a choice. Effective coaching is always about focusing on your strengths (ask any champion!) To get the very best that's possible from you, or your people, coaching must build on what you do best, (using your innate talents) and seek to make it even better. But that isn't possible if you, or your coach, don't know what talents you have? It's the starting point for effective coaching (as all champions, and their coaches, already know). Which is what sets us apart from the rest. Our coaching begins only after we have definitively, and objectively identified your talents, so that we know the right development path for you. Then the work that we do results in building skills, knowledge and expertise on the strengths of your innate talent. That's the route to mastery, and excellence. It's the route all successful people take, to identify and understand their core strengths and talents, and to work at harnessing, honing and developing their talents to become truly masterful.
